Zaporoshe

Ukraine's center of car manufacturing, Zaporoshe is a largely industrial city known both for its large hydroelectric power plant and its burgeoning theater scene. It's also a major jumping-off point for visiting Khortysia, an island sanctuary in the center of the Dnieper River that was once a major hub for Cossack life in the region.
