Reyna Gobel is a pet and wellness travel writer who writes about everything from exploring National Parks in VW buses to canine snowmobiling since 2005. She’s written about travel for Mint.com, The Points Guy, CBS, Today.com, Reuters, Hemispheres, Jewlish, and Southwest Spirit. She has master's degrees in journalism, marketing, and public health nutrition. She's led journalism panels at the American Society of Journalists and Authors, as well as emceed their awards show. Her city map of places she's lived includes New York City, Toronto, Las Vegas, DC, Los Angeles, Charlotte, Hampton Beach, and Dallas. Her favorite vacations involve hot springs, pools, and bodies of water where she can swim with incredible views and people. And many, many dogs to pet. She also loves snow. Fun Fact: Her mini schnauzer Woof Woof was the first canine blogger for petfriendlytravel.com and a special guest of the country of Finland to visit Santa Claus. He was once nearly attacked at a petting zoo when a deer felt he was competition.
