Michelle Tchea is an Aussie abroad currently based in Europe. In her past life she was a physical chemist but now enjoys traveling the world discovering independent hotels and innovative chefs. A specialist in food and wine, she is the author of five-bestselling books including My Little SoHo Kitchen and Building A Perfect Meal. She is the founder of Chefs Collective. She continues to travel with a jar of Vegemite in her luggage and is always on the hunt for the perfect buttery croissant.
