Low-cost airline has deals from the U.S. to Europe.

This Memorial Day, Iceland-based Play Airlines has slashed prices for its tickets from the U.S. to various destinations in Europe. If you’re looking to fly across the pond this summer, fall, or winter, consider airfares as low as $99 to be a gift from the travel gods.
What’s the Deal?
In its latest travel promotion for Memorial Day, Play is giving American travelers a chance to book flights from the U.S. to Iceland for $99 and to Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, London, Dublin, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf, and Hamburg for $129.
The price is valid for one leg of the trip when you book a roundtrip fare. For example, if you book New York to Paris for late summer, you’ll pay $129 for one way, and the return will be the regular cost. It’s still a huge savings.
The deal gives you the Basic Bundle option, which is meant for a light load-carrying, budget traveler who can visit Europe with just a small personal item. You can fly from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Boston Logan International Airport, New York Stewart International Airport, and Washington Dulles International Airport.

All charges and taxes are included in the fare. The deal is live from May 20-27 for travels between August and December 2024. So, chop chop–you need to decide where to go and when because this is too good to pass up.
Low-cost airline Play is a welcome addition to the European skies. It had its inaugural flight in 2021, so it seems fitting that it’s trying to capture an audience with new promotions frequently. Just this month, it also reduced Europe fares by 25% and gave away free flights for a year to one participant.
But remember that Play is a low-cost airline and thus has limited services (smaller planes, no entertainment or Wi-Fi, and snacks and drinks available on purchase).
