Just about anything you long for, whether it's a chocolate-chip cookie or diamond earrings, can be had in one of the nearby shops. The hotel is also walking distance from dozens of restaurants and bars, as well as the seaside parks of the malecón. The carpeted rooms are quite handsome, with large marble bathrooms and big windows. On clear days, the view of the coastline is captivating. The vast, modern lounge next to the second-floor lobby also has a good sushi restaurant and bar.
