India-Jayne is a British/Australian freelance food and travel writer from London. She has travelled extensively around South East Asia, with Vietnam and Hong Kong being two of her favorite places to explore. India studied languages at university, where she spent a year living in northwest Germany. Her writing has appeared in Forbes, AFAR, Atlas Obscura and more, and she can usually be found in a city by the ocean pursuing her passion for photography.
