San Pancho Beach Nayarit - local vacay house rental
Hello friends,
Three of us going to San Pancho Beach in February or early March, for a week. Want to rent a house in San Pancho within a 5 min +/- walk to the beach. Any local rental agencies we should be using versus AirBnb or VRBO? We're looking for medium priced (3-bedroom with A/C. Small plunge pool and/or Wifi is a plus). And hoping the water is somewhat swimmable for adults, even if we have to jump waves. Any additional thoughts on this is welcome as I've read online that it is a crap shoot in Feb and Mar.

Check over on the Destination Forums at Trip Advisor. Look in both the Puerto Vallarta branch and the Nuevo Vallarta branch as well as Sayulita, San Pancho, etc. I am quite familiar with that airport PVR but always stay right in town so can't help with your specific question here.

Have you left already? When are you going? While I can't help with your specific question I can guide you thru arrival at PVR international airport and transportation to where you want to get... if you need help and aren't already there!

So, we've made arrangements to stay at Casa Linda, a home right on the beach in San Pancho. About 15 min walk to main street Ave Tercer Mundo. Booked through Sam Pancho Rentals. Will post a review when we get back, but they've been great to work with!

Superior Tours is a well-respected, reliable transportation company for the area.

Aeromovil is one of the companies that run Federal Taxis out of the airport, plus I see other services.

De nada. Happy to help. Have a great trip!
For myself, I ususally just grab an airport taxi upon arrival but am only one person and stay right in downtown PV. But you also could wait and get a taxi (vans are available) upon arrival. There is a taxi booth in the Arrival Lobby (three different companies with friendly ladies waving you over) and rates are posted on a map by zones. But with six people and heading out to San Pancho, I think it might be worth a little extra $ to have it arranged in advance for your situation. suze
