Cruise Travel

Ships dock at Karaköy, in the shadow of the famous Galata Tower. It's a short walk to the Karaköy tram stop at the start of the Galata Bridge, which connects to Sultanahmet's main sites within about 10 minutes, and to the Karaköy entrance of the Tünel, a historic funicular that plies the steep hill up to İstiklal Caddesi. Taxis also wait at the pier for the 10-minute ride into Sultanahmet.
