Civic District
Civic District
Bras Basah Road and the surrounding streets were marked out by Sir Stamford Raffles as the European portion of the city in the 1800s. They're now home to many of the city’s most important museums and national monuments. Although it's small, the area is highly concentrated, so allow a couple of days to explore thoroughly, especially if you love art and architecture.
